Hi, my name is Phaelun. People often ask me what my name means. Phaelun means sapphire. Typically Phaelun is a male name, but my parents were far from typical and they loved the name so much, they gave it to me. I’m on an journey of health and wellness. After suffering from allergies as a kid and a difficult time actually gaining weight to have a healthy weight mass, I decided to begin this blog and write about my journey to hopefully help others who are on the same journey.

I really enjoy learning. When I was growing up, I wasn’t a very prolific reader, but two years ago all of that changed, I began a pilgrimage to a greater understanding of my body, mind and spirit.
